The acclaimed chef Panagiotis Delithanasis, known for his creative cuisine and his expertise in fish and seafood, has been collaborating steadily with the renowned cooking school CWC PRO since 2014.
As part of this collaboration, chef Panagiotis Delithanasis delivers specialized masterclasses and seminars, teaching advanced techniques and secrets of the culinary art to professional chefs and students. These seminars cover a wide range of topics, from sous vide techniques and creative cuisine to carpaccio, tartare and best of seafood.
His educational offer is further enhanced by his collaborations within the school with other distinguished chefs both from Greece and abroad, which highlights his role as a key mentor and ambassador of modern gastronomy.
