Panagiotis Delithanasis
Panagiotis Delithanasis has been active in the field of gastronomy since 1999, having developed a remarkable and multifaceted career.
His extensive experience includes collaborations with top hotel units in Greece, such as Sani Resort, Danai Beach Resort & Villas, Makedonia Palace, and Ekies All Senses Resort. Furthermore, he has worked as a private chef in luxury villas, meeting high gastronomic demands.
His education is of an international standard, as he has attended specialized seminars at the renowned Alain Ducasse school in Paris. Additionally, he completed an internship at the Michelin-starred restaurant "Galvin la Chapelle" in London, which provided him with significant expertise in high gastronomy techniques.
Since March 2022, he has held the position of Executive Chef at "Akti Dovil", where he applies a philosophy that combines modern gastronomy with an imaginative approach to traditional urban cuisine.
Alongside his restaurant work, Chef Delithanasis has been collaborating with CWC PRO since 2014, where he passes on his knowledge, teaches the culinary arts, and delivers specialized cooking seminars.
In recent years, utilizing his long-standing experience, he has been successfully providing consulting services to restaurants throughout Greece, contributing to the development and upgrade of their gastronomic identity.
